Book Giveaway

I finally finished reading the 4 books that I was judging for the Faith, Hope, & Love Contest. 4 books! It took me five long weeks to read these because I wasn't that into it. I am narrow minded when it comes to books, I admit it, I'll remember this next time when I accept to judge.

Unfortunately I can't tell you what I thought of the book, scores are confidential.

I am giving away one book for now, Leave a comment over the next week and I'll pick a name, out of all 4 or 5 of you. lol. Make sure and leave an email address for me to contact you.

YADA YADA PRAYER GROUP GETS ROLLING
SIGNED BY AUTHOR

Description:

A devastating fire wakes up the Yadas to a new reality: God is on the move.

What I'd like to know is, why does God keep rearranging my comfort zone? It could have something to do with my Yada Yada prayer sisters, who aren't afraid to get in each other's faces and tend to expect big things from God.

But to move forward, sometimes we have to let go of what's behind. In spite of the loss of two dear friends. In spite of the breakup of a teenage love. In spite of the curse of HIV. In spite of prison time hanging over the head of a beloved child. In spite of fire consuming the hopes of those who have nothing.

Yet out of the ashes, God is doing a new thing! It's time for the Yadas to press on, pray on, and get rolling!

Hey if you win it will save me some postage, lol.

I have come to terms with my "need for change". I just can't stand to see the same thing everytime I come on my blog... hopefully this one sticks longer than the last one.

Deb, I too am a bit of a book "snob"...I am very particular about what I read. I am more than happy to share my books, but I hesitate when someone gives me one to read. I really shouldn't be so narrow in my selections, but I just know what I like. :-/

And speaking of what I like, I like your new pic with your glasses!!! LOVE THEM!!! They look GREAT!!! Inspires me to go get a new pair myself, which I need to do BEFORE the baby comes!!!

Check out my Friday post...I'm tagging you!

I've only ever seen one Yada Yada book before...do you have to read them all in order, or are they somewhat stand alones?

Add my chip to the drawing bowl!

Katy - Me too... I pretty much trust what you gals give me to read, usually appeals to me.

Thanks on the comment about the new pic.

Becky - I don't think you have to read all 5 before the 6th book here...The story is setup in the beginning as if it were a book one.
